This yearly event allowed scholars of promise from Sanger High School to prepare for the university and workplace by listening to well-known political leaders, university scholars and prominent residents with a “commitment to excellence” such as the Martha Elvia Rosas, Consul de Mexico de Fresno, and Mr. Raul Bucio, Owner of the Andaurora Ranch and International Breeder of National Champion Andalusian horses imported directly from Spain. Mr. Raul Bucio’s Andaurora Ranch is located in Merced, California just a short distance from the University of California @ Merced.
